The Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and execution of the Companys Loyalty Program including development and implementation of overall loyalty Program/acquisition/retention/conversion strategies, and guest engagement with the Program. This position is responsible for the promotional planning of bonus points events, special loyalty offers, and other Program needs. Through this work, the Loyalty Program Manager will play a key role in growing our membership base, improving customer engagement, and increasing company profitability.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on current Program enhancements / bug fixes;
  • Strategically partner with vendors garnering campaign and promotional offers to grow Program;
  • Submit and manage technical tickets through completion;
  • Manage Program and offer set-up validation / QA;
  • Oversee and execute Program offer testing;
  • Triage Guest Care cases and Team Member issues / questions;
  • Create and deploy in-store communications regarding Program;
  • Analyze and revise Program documentation;
  • Set up Program Email & SMS;
  • Review and present data analytics to senior management regarding Program efficacy and performance.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar field required;
  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Retail or similar;
  • 2 year+ loyalty program marketing experience required;
  • Demonstrated experience with digital media and direct marketing programs required; experience with CRM systems and strategies preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Attention to detail and experience making and executing on data-driven decisions;
  • Ability to wear many hats and work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MicroStrategy.

Disclaimer:

Pay Scale $64,480 to $80,000.

The pay scale above is the salary or hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.


Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with California Labor Code § 432.3 and state and local minimum wage standards.
