What You'll Do:
Responsible for managing the Loss Prevention Team, auditing the inventory process, developing policies and procedures, investigating violations and communicating with management and governmental agencies.
- Implement and Manage the security programs, audits & surveys that are consistent with company policies, KPI’s, procedures, and criminal/civil laws
- Initiate investigations based upon the analysis of loss trends, internal reports and input from other informational sources
- Develop and provide security reports and other documents to regional leadership teams
- Manage assigned operational budget in accordance with compliance parameters
- All other duties as needed or required
What Experience You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of Loss Prevention Experience
- 5+ years of knowledge and experience with operating a security program
- Formal investigative training (Reid/Wicklander & Zulawski or similar instruction/training )
- Experience responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, law enforcement, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff
- Lifting up to 50lbs on a regular basis, standing and moving up to 100% of the time.
- Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending.
- Manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements, Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements for completing assigned tasks
- May require travel by automobile and airplane, and to visit facility operations in temperatures at or below freezin
