Pay range: $19-$23 pe hour
Logistics Care Weekend Scheduler
Responsibilities:
- Process HCHB Workflow as assigned with goal of clearing task queue by close of business
- Weekly and daily schedule preparation coordinating with Monday-Friday Logistics Care Team
- Provide real-time logistical support and problem solving to the field, as directed by the Care365 Team and the Branch Admin on Call
- Cross-train other team members on local/territory operational processes.
- Reporting Logistics Care Supervisor/Manager with a dotted line to branch operations leader
- Friday 3-10 PM, Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM-10:00 PM, Monday 3-10PM
Logistics Care Weekend Scheduler
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+years of education beyond high school in college or technical school preferred (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in related field (clinical scheduling)
