Completes load verification and verifies the accuracy of assembled loads.
Loads trailers according to load sheets in an accurate, safe and timely manner.
Operates pallet jacks and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Perform pre-operational check of pallet jacks or forklifts according to company policy.
Assists selectors on placement of pallets on the loading dock
Coordinates loads with selection clerks.
Stages pallet and/or load into truck when ready
Maintains proper housekeeping standards in work area.
Follows and promotes all safety rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Ensures that operations are aligned and performed to achieve production and safety goals.
This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
Equipment training is provided.
