Western Midstream is a master limited partnership formed to own, develop, acquire, and operate midstream assets. We are engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing, and transporting condensate, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and crude oil; and gathering, transporting, and disposing of produced water for our customers.

We operate or own equity interests in assets in the Rocky Mountains, North-central Pennsylvania, and Texas, including approximately 16,000 miles of petroleum and natural gas pipelines and over 100 gathering, treating, and processing facilities.

Job Summary:
Western Midstream seeks an LMS Specialist to join the Talent Management organization located in Platteville, CO. The position will focus on day-to-day administration and maintenance of the company’s Learning Management Systems (LMS). This position provides LMS technical support to learners and maintains appropriate records, files, and documents.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years recent LMS admin experience (SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to enter data, analyze and troubleshoot technical systems, and manage projects.
  • Strong communication written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Experience using content development tools (Articulate 360 preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of accountability and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide LMS system administration support across the company, with a focus on the Operations organization by maintaining training and competencies in the system (SuccessFactors LMS).
  • Participate in monthly Training Advisor Group meetings to collaborate with other business functions and share best practices.
  • Monitor LMS mailbox and provide timely response to inquiries related to training, competencies, and other LMS questions.
  • Identify, research, and resolve learner questions and issues.
  • Provide reports/queries/metrics as requested by Talent Management team.
  • Create and publish online content and test in LMS prior to training launch.
  • Ensure employee LMS records are up to date. Identify and correct record issues.
  • May maintain spreadsheets and perform data entry.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices and share knowledge with other LMS Admins.
  • Work with 3rd party partners to ensure content is loaded to LMS accurately.
  • Complete other business tasks as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources or related field preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.


Relocation:
This position is not eligible for relocation.


Travel Requirements:
Travel will be required up to 10-15%.


Work Schedule:
This position will work 9 hours Monday – Thursday and 4 hours on Friday. The position will rotate weekly between working from home and the office.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $47,800 - $90,800; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the Western Midstream Cash Bonus Program, plus offers a competitive benefits package that emphasizes pay-for-performance compensation, work/life balance, premium health benefits, and a top-tier savings plan.
