To provide live in care support to an Elderly client with late stages of Dementia. She has poor short term memory but is very chatty and is good company.
She is able to mobilise around the home using a zimmer frame and it might be possible to leave the home in a wheelchair and access the community.

Client lives alone and supported by her niece who lives in Kent. Client has dementia and has started to wander outside of the home leading to increased risk.
. Live in care is required to provide her with daily structure, security and companionship. Up until recently, Client has lived independently supported with hourly care but due to recent events, family are now looking to have a full time carer at home.
