Litigation Paralegal - Houston Galleria Area

A prestigious personal injury firm located in the Galleria is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their firm. This firm offers an outstanding work culture, benefits, and paid parking.

Litigation Paralegal Job Description:

• Schedule depositions, court hearings, conferences, meetings, travel, and mediations.
• All trial preparation tasks traditionally handled by Legal Assistants.
• Prepare Trial notebooks, trial exhibits, jury charges, witness lists, and exhibits lists.
• Perform intake and screening with potential clients.

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:

• Candidates must have current personal injury paralegal experience in a law firm with 3+ years of personal injury or medmal defense experience.
• Candidates must have recent trial experience.
• Must have experience with filing and the litigation end for personal injury or high-volume cases.
• Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
• Notary Certification preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
