COOK/SOUS CHEF – FT/PT - $17.00 - $26.00/HR

We are looking for professional Cook/Sous Chef's to enhance our kitchen, following our Executive Chef's specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ their culinary skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our residents satisfaction!

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Prepares meals/food to meet specifications in a timely manner.
• Ensures food quality and presentation.
• Manages inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Create and test new menu items and specials.

Education/Experience/Skills:

• 2-4 years of fine dining experience required, with a certificate in food preparation/handling, and/or Culinary school degree or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and write legibly in English.
• Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures, measurements, recipes.
• Must be able to verbally communicate information to customers and other employees.
• Work schedule may include working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• MUST be TEAM oriented!
