Pisco Y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar “Pisco y Nazca.” a popular saying in Peru, translates into having fun in a social environment encompassing exceptional cocktails. The vision behind Pisco Y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar, is one of a lively place serving bold-flavored dishes, unique cocktails and a vast selection of national and international beers inspired by top restaurants in Peru.

Pisco Y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is looking for Line Cooks to join our team. Line Cooks will help prepare meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and assembling entrees as well as other duties like storage of leftover food, washing dishes, cleaning, and emptying trash. These positions report directly to the Chef Partner.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Help prepare meals by chopping vegetables
• Making salads
• Assembling entrees.
• Storage of leftover food
• Washing dishes, cleaning, and emptying trash.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior relevant experience and familiarity with basic cooking supplies and equipment is preferred.
• He or She must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary degree preferred
• Previous culinary experience
• Preferred skills: basic math, excellent verbal communication
• Positive attitude
• Requires the ability to Stand, stoop, bend and twist for the duration of shifts.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs at any given time.
• Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At all times provides a favorable image of company to coworkers and guest.
