Work the line, prep. Must have significant experience. Must be fast, knife skills,prep skills, Must have ability to expo, grill, Sautee. Fine dining experience is not a must but would help. Need to be able to work Sunday brunch. Able to pick up extra shifts if needed. NOT Looking for someone with poor work ethic like being late or stuck in their ways, or unable to properly prepare for rush. Must be a serious person. We are closed mondays and i give an extra day off. Also looking for a dishwasher at night.
