Job Title: Line Attendant
Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Supervisor

PART II

Broad Functions: Responsible for greeting Guests, selling and up selling, ringing up sales, preparing food, cleaning and maintenance of equipment, kitchen and dining area.

PART III

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets Guests
• Provides excellent Guest service, drive store sales.
• Ensures Guest needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient
• Ensures all products and displays are stocked.
• Rings up sales and reports voids immediately to store Supervisor or Manager
• Familiar with different types of POS systems
• Food preparation/cook, must comply with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards.
• Responsible for the appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, injury and fraud.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

PART IV

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of experience as cashier and cook/prep
• 1 year cash handling experience
• Excellent Oral Communication Skills, must talk to the Guest about retail specialty merchandise, be able to engage Guests into purchasing, must be prompt to upsale and maximize sales.
• Written Communication Skills
• Reading Skills
• Interpersonal Skills, outgoing, enthusiastic, dynamic.
  Areas Line Attendant Job Description
• Guest Service oriented must be able to identify Guest needs and likes to be able to drive sales effectively.
• English language required.
• Must have flexible schedule and be able to work any day including holidays and weekends
