Support, Inc. is looking to hire three full-time salaried clinicians for our School-Based Therapy program in Lincoln County.

Applicants need to be licensed in North Carolina to provide mental health services. Full or associate-level LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT’s are welcome to apply.

Job responsibilities include:

• Individual/family/group therapy, clinical evaluations and addendums, and crisis intervention to assigned clients at the designated school locations;
• Working collaboratively with parents/guardians, staff members, and members of the consumer's treatment team;
• Providing ongoing assessment of treatment services, to ensure the client is receiving appropriate models and levels of care;
• Completing treatment plans, treatment plan updates, and submitting session documentation with 24 hours of service delivery;
• Providing consultation services to the school staff to support the overall mental health goals of the school as appropriate;
• Therapy will be provided both in-person and via telehealth, as circumstances permit.

Support, Inc. is a CARF accredited, CABHA agency and has been primarily serving the child/adolescent population in Gaston, Lincoln, Cleveland, Catawba, and other surrounding counties for almost 20 years. Support, Inc.'s services include Outpatient Therapy, School-Based Therapy, Intensive In-Home, Family-Centered Treatment, High-Fidelity Wraparound, Day Treatment, Psychiatric Services, and multiple evidence-based practices.
