THE ROLE:

The Licensing Operations Associate is to work collaboratively within the Licensing Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Licensing Operations Manager, to field customer inquiries, and fulfill requests and orders. They will work with team members across all departments and imprints. The position demands strong customer service and organizational skills as well as the ability to balance speed and accuracy with data entry. The Licensing Operations Associate will need to be able to manage multiple projects, have exceptional attention to detail, and an intense dedication to the company's core values of service to both customers and playwrights.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Work in multiple systems retrieving and inputting a high volume of data accurately

· Processing payments and refunds

· Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

· Cross-department coordination with technology, licensing, finance, and marketing teams

· Mastery of imprint catalogue and Broadway Licensing processes and policies

· Performing other related tasks, including such tasks as may be required by your superior(s)

Required Skills/Abilities:

· 2+ years of office experience preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and written and oral communication skills

· Calm under pressure with a can-do attitude

· Superior attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines

· Passion for Arts, Culture, Media; an understanding of streaming technologies is preferred

This is a full-time, in-office position in a fun and friendly, yet hard working environment. Broadway Licensing offers excellent benefits, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and long-term disability insurance.

Salary Range: $48-52K
