This experienced LVT has to feel comfortable rooming patients, assisting in surgery, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-ray and proper positioning, placing IV catheters, and doing the general duties of an LVT throughout a busy veterinary clinic. Requirements:
Licensed Veterinary Technician, license must be current- 1+ years experience
- Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
- Experience with proper animal handling and restraint (Fear Free Techniques)
- Experience in surgery; monitoring patients and surgery recovery
- Dental experience is a bonus
- Comfortable with client education
- Compassionate towards our patients, clients, and staff
- Positive team player willing to continue to learn
