Abrams Realty is expanding to add a sister brokerage that is affiliated with the Realtor Association. This will give the agents the option of being affiliated with the Realtor Association or not, based on which of our local brokerages they choose. Our out-of-state brokerage locations are Realtor affiliated.

Our unique business model has built a brand that has been awarded nationally including on INC 5000 year after year! All of this with keeping personal within our company with no gimmicks or nonsense. Our agents are not numbers and we understand they are not recruiters and have income goals we can help them achive.

Brokers assist to onboarding agents, including broker duties with real estate transactions such as proofing documents for compliance and consulting with Agents. Our company already has the structure in place for this growth to allow our Broker partner get to do what they enjoy most, by selling, training, and mentoring, with no worries of having to run a back office or manage employees

We offer all of our agents and brokers leading business tools including websites and CRM with artificial intelligence and automation so that you can work smarter, not harder. Agents receive regular referrals to grow their business and ensure closings.

Abrams Realty offers a competitive, capping split that allows leads to be provided for our agents. Plus low or no monthly fees for agents depending on their choice of agent plan!

Virginia Brokers license required. North Carolia brokers license is also a huge plus as we are also seeking a Broker to cover NC. Comensation is based on a percentage of each agent supervised sales, therefore will increase with growth.
