This is a salaried position with opportunity to bonus.

The primary focus of this position is to assist in providing premiere service to all current, past, and future clients of Amber Wolcott & Associates.

Base salary covers required office hours of Monday- Wednesday from 9am-2pm, and all evening and weekend showings.

It is vital that the this candidate is aware they will be working in the afternoons/ evenings, most weekends, and some holidays. Buyer Specialist will coordinate 1 weekend off per month with Team Leader for approval.

This person will be available to show prospective buyers at all times requested by buyers (within reason) and within all areas covered in the Pikes Peak Association.

Expected Tasks:

Manage and serve buyer clients to provide the ultimate customer experience. This person will be responsible in creating content and executing the team’s social media posts, farming and bulk mailers to clients, promotional items, client gifts, client events, big picture oversight, attending inspections, showing homes, and improving client relations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
