Full Job Description

Our counselors focus on counseling and leave the rest to us. Work when you want to: days, nights, or weekends.

Earn Between $45- $65 Per Session. The more clients you see, the more you can make.

We find clients for you to see, and handle the administrative workload that comes with seeing clients (scheduling, onboarding, billing). This enables you to focus on providing the best clinical care possible.

You focus on counseling, while we:

• Find clients for you to provide therapy.

• Credential and panel you with top insurers.

• Handle scheduling, on-boarding and billing.

• Provide a HIPAA compliant EHR and video.

Set Your Own Hours

You set your own hours. Work the days/evenings and hours you want to. We require a minimum of 10 hours of availability per week. We find it difficult to consistently schedule clients with therapists that have less than 10 hours of availability.

Attract the type of clients that you want to help.

We will work with you to create a robust profile page. This profile will work to attract your ideal clients from those who come to our directory looking for a counselor. While we work to match you with ideal clients, we do expect our counselors to work with any client sent to them that is clinically appropriate.

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health related fields.

Licensed as LPC, LCSW, LMFT or psychologist or state equivalent.

We are able to accept interns or counselors who require supervision to provide individual therapy.

Malpractice insurance (a 1M/3M policy).

Time Commitment

At least ten hours per week available to see private practice patients.
