Summit Home Care is looking for a Pediatric Nurse for a case in Lakewood, New Jersey for over nights. We are looking for a healthcare professional that has experience with complex pediatric cases.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state
- Up to date first aid and CPR certification
- Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
