Concordia at Cabot, the birthplace and headquarters of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, has one of the broadest networks of senior- and healthcare-related services in the country, all in one location: retirement living, short-term rehabilitation, personal care, long-term nursing care, hospice care, outpatient physical therapy, adult day services, even child care. We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well! As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible providing high quality care for the residents here at Concordia. Responsibilities include but not limited to administering medication, completing accurate and timely resident assessments, documentation, coordinating resident care under the direction of the resident’s physician.

Duties include supervising the care provided on the units and providing resident care, treatment, and procedures. The licensed practical nurse must demonstrate leadership ability and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competitive starting wages of $28.00 per hour! Shift differentials of $1.50 for afternoons and $1.00 for midnight shifts are offered.

Full-time and part-time positions available and include a weekend rotation. Shifts include daylight, afternoon, and midnight. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for a full-time position and $3,500 for a part time position. Eligible employees who work at least 24 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary.
