We currently have RN/LPN positions available for Part Time and Full Time 3-11. With a sign on bonus of $3000 for FT RN and $2000 for FT LPN:

• RN base wages are from $30-$37/hr based on years of experience, LPN is $25-$32/hr. $2/hr shift differential added to the base pay for 3-11 shift, also $2 Attendance Bonus, in addition to potential weekend incentives!:

Some of your LPN Job Responsibilities include:

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

LPN QUALIFICATIONS:

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred:
