Florida Licensed Practical Nurses with 1 year of HOSPICE/Home Health/In-Patient experience.

The LPN can choose from a variety of roles which includes both:
- Inpatient: Emergent Care or Crisis care options
- In-home Field Visits: Emergent Care or Crisis Care options
SHIFTS: DAYS and NIGHTS available
3X12 or 5X8 -alternating weekends

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current LPN License from the state of Florida
- 30 hr IV Certification preferred
- HOSPICE certification preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
