Poris Plastic Surgery is the only female owned and operated plastic surgery practice in Orlando, and we are seeking a dynamic and organized front office coordinator to join our powerhouse team.

The ideal candidate has medical experience is upbeat and genuinely enjoys helping people. As the first impression of the office, you must always have a warm and welcoming demeanor. Excellent telephone skills and a can-do attitude are required. Experience with plastic surgery or another surgical specialty is necessary.

Duties include, but at not limited to:

• Creating a warm, upbeat, and welcoming environment for all callers, patients, and visitors
• Scheduling appointments and surgeries
• Answering phones and web inquiries, and strong lead follow up
• Discussing surgical fees with prospective patients
• Checking patients in and out from appointments
• Exam room assistance
• Assisting in office procedures
