Our company's Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for providing care to patients in their homes and school setting. Our ideal candidate will be a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and as part of a team with Tracheostomy care experience. You will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality home healthcare services and support to our customers and ongoing education of our providers in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail, dynamic organization skills, strong communication skills, and an ability to work effectively with patients and their loved ones are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to laws and regulations.
• Educate parents and children in the home environment.
• Diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses of clients.
• Send reports to the physician or surgeon.
• Observe the clients health status at home.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and co-workers.

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
