Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing
  • Must follow all policies and protocols
  • For any modalities performed, must have appropriate training and satisfy the minimum clinic education hours.
  • Maintain professional appearance at all times.
  • Be able to customize sessions based on member’s/guest’s individual needs.
  • Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients
  • Communicate various promotions to clients.
  • Reliable, on time attendance. Attends all scheduled shifts, is prompt to work and works entire scheduled shift as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education, Skills and Training:


  • Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Current Arizona State Massage License.
  • Complies with Arizona State requirements for continued education.

Pay: Independent Contractor: 70/30% with $400 monthly rent


Included in the rental fee is the following:


  • Building rent and insurance for treatment room and all shared space in the COMPANY, which includes bathroom, reception area, and breakroom.
  • Building utilities for treatment room and all shared space in the COMPANY, which includes bathroom, reception area, and breakroom
  • Any repairs and maintenance for treatment room and shared space as deemed necessary by COMPANY
  • Linens. This includes sheets, towels, blankets, and laundering of items
  • Shared use of technology necessary for COMPANY and CONTRACTOR to perform business and activities. This includes but is not limited to Spa booking software, HR software, marketing software, phone service, wifi/internet service, and subscription based services such as Spotify. The above list is not all inclusive and may change based on needs.
  • Reception activities: booking, cancellations, front line customer service and troubleshooting. This does specify that a receptionist will always be available during all CONTRACTOR working hours, however a full time receptionist will always be staffed under COMPANY.
  • Toiletries and supplies: Including cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, disposables, and other items that need to be purchased by COMPANY on a recurring schedule to maintain business operations
  • Administrative Services: Including record keeping, filing, and record updating
  • Accounting Services: Including billing and bookkeeping, maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable, and providing CONTRACTOR with 1099 tax forms.

Compensation: 70/30% with $400 monthly rent
