Stress Care is Pleased to Announce the Opening of Our Newest Location in Toms River, NJ!!!

Stress Care of New Jersey is a JCAHO dually certified outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment center licensed with the NJ Department of Human Services doing individual, couples, family, and group work by providing partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and traditional outpatient services.

We offer are looking for full-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join a diverse practice and work with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client intakes
• Evaluate individual client needs, assess and initiate appropriate treatment and services
• Maintain full caseload of kept weekly appointments
• Analyze and evaluate progress and results of service/treatment program
• Collaborate with clients to establish, continue, or change goals based on regular assessment of success in meeting those goals
• Facilitate group therapies
• Record case summaries, providing all necessary progress notes, written assessments, and other required paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate progress/concerns regarding client with Clinical Supervisor and program Psychiatrist, as necessary
• Utilize agency and community resources to perform related tasks necessary to client/supports goals and needs

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of NJ
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal personnel and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of the clinical team

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
