Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Waipahu, HI
Job Type: Permanent
Shift: Hybrid
Pay: $42.00 - $45.89 + /hr

$10,000 sign-on bonus eligible position!

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
Must have HI LCSW Licensure OR in the process of obtaining HI LCSW Licensure (application in process with HI licensing board)

What are the nice-to-have skills?
Bi lingual

Requirements:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii)
• National Provider Identifier required at hire
• Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in providing behavioral health services in a primary care setting.
• Experience in providing services to patients with addictions issues.
• Experience in providing Consultation/liaison Services to emergency departments.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in documentation according to national accreditation guidelines.
