The Lending Relationship Director is responsible for servicing elite sponsor relationships & their respective portfolio financed with DLP. This team member makes sure DLP is providing the maximum value through our capital, our content, and our community. The team member is responsible to deepen relationships for the purposes of client retention, repeat and referral business, and driving portfolio compliance and business plan execution. This role is centered on maximizing existing relationships while adding new relationships strategically. This team member must be knowledgeable of DLP's products, of the transaction management and underwriting process, and of the elite execution system.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

• Must have two years of Lending Real Estate experience
• Must have two plus years experience in forward facing client management/ sales experience
• Preferred experience in Multifamily lending
• Preferred experience in ground up construction lending
• Salesforce experience preferred

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

• Negotiating term sheets and signing up new deals to drive revenue
• Networking and developing relationships with borrowers to increase engagement and utilization of DLP services Prospecting and sourcing elite members and LOC prospects, leveraging DLP events and other communications tools
• Leading communication and closing of borrowers on loan compliance related needs
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador for DLP, promoting the brand through social media and other channels Using quantitative and analytical skills to assess asset health, capital needs, budget and proforma progress
• Maintaining REO reports and actively engaging with loan servicing and portfolio management to ensure member communication and regulatory compliance
