The Intake Specialist will interview clients, complete intake forms, and link clients to the appropriate services. The successful candidate will manage our client intake process, which includes conducting initial consultations, answering client questions, and gathering client information. The Intake Specialist will work closely with our attorneys and legal assistants to ensure our clients receive exceptional service when contacting our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients.
  • Keep detailed records of client appointments.
  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess their legal needs.
  • Collect client information and documents necessary for their case
  • Answer client questions about our services and the immigration process
  • Follow up with potential clients to answer additional questions and encourage them to hire our firm
  • Schedule appointments for clients with our attorneys and legal assistants
  • Provide existing clients with support and assistance during their case
  • Update our case management system with client information and progress updates
  • Provide administrative support to our attorneys and legal assistants as needed
  • Assist with billing and payment plan setup for both new and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service or client relations preferred

Knowledge of immigration law and procedures are a plus but not required!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
