Lisa S. Levine P.A. Is an AV rated personal injury and medical malpractice law firm located in Weston, Florida. Lisa S. Levine is seeking a full-time pre-suit legal assistant/paralegal to join our team. We are bold, collaborative and innovative.

The ideal legal candidate is experienced in the legal industry and has familiarity supporting all aspects of your lawyers’ work needs with an ability to multitask. An ideal candidate will also have excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a demanding environment, must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), initiative, professional demeanor, and must also have solid computer skills including Microsoft Work, Excel, and Outlook. Some e-filing experience is needed.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Will be tasked with a variety of duties to support your attorney, including but not limited to:
-Intake calls and answering phones

-Requesting Medical Records and Bills

-Medical Bill Tracker

-Following up on Requests

-Preparing and sending packages to experts

- Scheduling telephone conferences

-working with potential clients

-maintaining and organizing files such as bills and records

Office hours: Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm
COVID-19 Considerations: Everyone has own separate office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,790.00 - $58,022.37 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Weston, FL 33331: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
