This employer is looking for a personable and outgoing individual to join their team as a leasing specialist.

You will be able to use your project management, problem-solving, and time management skills while managing all aspects of rental properties.

Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's License
- Personal vehicle drive to rental units
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED

Job Duties:

- Showing property to prospective tenants
- Explaining rental agreements and their attachments
- Making inspections and rent-ready preparations
- Completing check-in and check-out processing
- Processing maintenance requests and final accounting paperwork
- Coordinating and communicating with vendors, owners, and tenants utilizing effective written and verbal communication
- Collaborating with teammates

Pay and Hours:

- Starting wage $18 per hour
- Full-time, Monday - Friday
