Location: Lansdale, PA
Salary: $45,300 base + commission
$200 per 12month + lease
$100 per 6–12-month lease
$75 per renewal
205 Units in building- building only at 27% capacity currently

Hours- Tuesday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm (close at 5 pm on Saturdays)

Title: Leasing Specialist

Description:
The Leasing Specialist is responsible for leasing at our luxury rental communities. These team members are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualify prospects, preparing lease documents and completing move in/move out procedures in accordance with the companies and communities’ policies and procedures.

Job duties will include but not be limited to:

Leasing

  • Understand and promote the vision of the property to all prospects.
  • Follow leasing process according to company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize 3rd party lead management software program to ensure timely follow-up with prospective residents.
  • Manage daily leasing activities (research, touring, operations, outreach, and relationship management) to create meet monthly community leasing goals
  • Build rapport with prospective tenant to analyze needs.
  • Exhibit the highest level of professional standards on and off the property.

Resident Retention

  • Assist with move-in procedures and documents.
  • Assist in managing the Love Life Here program.
  • Address all resident concerns in a timely fashion and according to policy and procedures
  • Distribute resident renewal letters according to company policy and procedures
  • Attend resident events as needed

Marketing

  • Collaborate with marketing coordinator as needed to create leads for your community through ILS services
  • Build relationships through outreach and marketing within your local community to drive traffic
  • Assist/attend prospect community events

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in leasing, hospitality or administrative work
  • Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and web analytics
  • Familiarity with Content Management System software a plus
  • Internet marketing sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals
  • Attention to details and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills necessary for building customer relationships
  • Ability to have flexible work schedule to include days, nights and weekends
