Seeking a full-time Leasing Manager for an apartment community in Redmond, WA. This is an amazing opportunity with a company that values their teammates and company culture. Compensation $25.00 - $28.00 per hour or DOE, with leasing commissions and up to $6,000 annual bonus potential. Rental housing discount available if living on site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain positive resident relations through superior service
• Participate in the daily operations of the property
• Develop the marketing plan with the General Manager and Corporate Team
• Conduct phone, online, and in person sales with prospective residents and renewals
• In conjunction with the leasing team, develop, plan, & execute all leasing events & activities
• “Shop” competitor’s properties
• Compile and submit weekly reports; Compile and submit market survey (every other month)
• Head up the Social Media representation, presence, and marketing outreach for the property
• Lead tours, process and close leases, maintain accurate lease files
• Train, develop and evaluate any leasing team member
