Growing Property Management firm is looking for energetic and sales minded individuals to join our Lease Up Team at a new apartment community in Perkasie, PA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with all prospective residents to answer questions about the community and schedule in-person and virtual tours
- Lead informative tours that help prospective residents envision living at the apartment community and in the local neighborhood
- Guide prospective residents through the qualification and move-in process
- Generate awareness in the local neighborhood and via social media
- Provide excellent customer service to foster a remarkable resident experience
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent , college preferred
- Passion for sales and ability to build rapport with prospective Residents and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast paced working environment
- Professional mindset and smart casual attire
- Available to work on weekends on a rotating schedule
- Experience in multi-family housing and 'lease up' environment preferred
- Compliant with Fair Housing Regulations
