LCOR Incorporated is seeking a full-time Lease Up Specialist to join our New Development, Property Management team. The Lease Up Specialist is responsible for supporting the Property Management Team and assisting in the day-to-day execution of the firm’s development pipeline, which includes tasks ranging from on-site set up, site management, training and development, leasing, marketing and market research/budget creation.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

1. Create, track and present market studies to establish an intimate knowledge base of target markets/submarkets.

2. Execute marketing and outreach plans.

3. Train office sales and management teams.

4. Research economic and demographic trends and maintain database of information.

5. Preparation of Lease-Up and Stabilized budgets, as well as to forecast multiple budgets quarterly. (Both revenue and expenses)

6. Fill in at properties for open positions during lease up including for Property Managers and Leasing Consultants.

7. Ability to review design plans including unit layouts, alarm systems and signage packages.

8. Assist in creating financial models and other analyses to support the execution of a development from the development phase through the completion of a lease up.

9. Lead special projects and assignments as they arise internally and throughout the development or lease-up process.

10. Collaborate with internal and external resources to compile a database of key information regarding existing and ongoing projects.

11. Additional duties as needed.

Skills & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.

· Finance or accounting experience beneficial, including a general familiarity of development.

· Demonstrated history of budget/underwriting completion, modeling and reporting experience preferred.

· Well-rounded: ability to wear multiple “hats” in a fast-paced environment that requires an interdisciplinary mindset and aptitude to learn quickly.

· A large part of the Lease Up Specialists communication is with professionals inside of the Company: strong professional written and verbal communication skills required.

· Ability to handle large volume of work; excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

· Candidate should be enthusiastic and motivated to succeed in a team environment.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
