Cato is seeking a Lease Renewal Coordinator to join its Real Estate department.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative and clerical support for the Real Estate Department;
• Manage and maintain all correspondence regarding the lease renewal process, including but not limited to phone calls, letters and emails;
• Prepare and proof all renewal and extension related documents;
• Assist in the creation of lease renewal reporting and presentations to upper management;
• Directly communicate with landlords, brokers and other Real Estate professionals;
• Maintain physical and electronic lease files.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related position within a Commercial Real Estate department;
• Exceptional computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Oracle or other related databases;
• Ability to organize and prioritize work;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong clerical skills and high attention to detail;
• College degree is preferred.
