The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will maintain the course schedule for all CNH Industrial’s Agricultural and Construction Service courses including Face to Face courses, virtual classrooms, and Distance Learning. We are looking for an organized individual who is comfortable with Learning Management Systems, reporting, and scheduling.

This person should be within driving distance to Racine, WI and can expect to work both onsite and remotely.
Responsibilities:
  • This person will have responsibility for Technical Training with each off-highway business segment: Agricultural, Construction, Precision, and off-highway Engines
  • Set up new courses in our LMS for Instructor Led Training, Online courses, Blended Learning and Web-Based Trainings.
  • Maintain all header information for each course and ensure the administration portion of the course posting is complete and publish to the respective catalog.
  • Coordinate with our Scheduling and Reporting Specialist to post new sessions in the LMS (this includes scheduling instructors).
  • Main point of contact for Agricultural, Construction and Precision instructors on course changes inside the LMS.
  • Provide weekly Learning Requests to internal partners for scheduling purposes.
  • Responsible for closing sessions and providing attendance and final scores to critical team members.
  • Responsible for crafting, editing and maintaining all Certification paths in the system for all products.
  • Serve as main contact for field representatives and dealers who require support for system issues, training, certification paths, access, profile merges and other sundry tasks.
  • Organize and answer questions coming to multiple shared mailboxes.
  • Work with our internal Dealer Portal team and dealer help desk to assist with SSO (Single Sign On) questions and WA access for all dealer users.
  • Handle LMS system maintenance and change requests to share status updates with internal training teams.
  • Creating Purchase Orders, paying invoices and setting up new vendors for Service Training’s 5 cost centers.
The salary offered for this position will fall somewhere between $76,000 and $109,000 annually. (Actual salaries will vary and will be determined based on several factors including skill level, experience and qualifications for the role.)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least two (2) years of experience working with learning management or training systems
  • Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of experience outlined above; OR
  • High School Diploma plus six (6) years of experience outlined above

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in supporting equipment dealerships and/or service departments in some capacity
  • Background knowledge within the agricultural or construction industry
  • Strong computer navigation skills
