Leadership Job Description:
At Chick-fil-A University Blvd we have 3 levels of Leadership: Team Leader, Shift Leader and Director
Leadership opportunities are full-time restaurant positions working 40-50 hours per week. Responsibilities include: shift leadership, scheduling, inventory, and all aspects of food safety and food quality.

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong sense of character
- Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Sustained, excellent performance in previous jobs is required
- "Core 4" Recipe for Service: Eye Contact, Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, Connected to the Guest
- Practice 2nd Mile Service with a servant attitude and generosity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Team Work characteristics
- Leading a shift of 25-35 people and an overall team of 90+ employees
- Spirit of Hospitality
- College degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
