Key Responsibilities:

• Managing inventory, maintaining and updating records.
• Manage the day-to-day rework and value-added services operations, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently and within established timeframes.
• Lead and supervise a team of employees involved in the rework and value-added services process, providing direction, guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments such as transportation, warehousing, and customer service to ensure that all services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (Compiling balance, price and cost...), identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for change.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating prices and service levels where necessary.
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
• Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, including experience in rework and value-added services.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in the use of logistics software and technology, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, as required. Forklift experience beneficial.
