We're looking for someone who is hard working, dependable, trustworthy, fun, customer-service minded and full of integrity to join our team as a lead technician!
THE POSITION - Lead Technician
THE DETAILS - The Lead Technician position will perform and supervise pressure washing operations in a variety of applications such as fleets, heavy equipment and parking lots throughout Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, and Southeast Kansas. Hours are Saturday and Sunday during the day, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during the evening, Thursday and Friday off.
PAY - Starting at $20/hr (weekly direct deposit), OT Opportunities, Paid Time Off (2 Weeks), Company Uniforms Provided, Boot/Glove allowance, Health Stipend, and company paid iPhone.
REQUIREMENTS - You must be able to physically lift up to 75 lbs as needed. - Must be able to work nights and weekends. - Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass both a background and drug screening. - You will be asked to keep every job site tobacco and e-cigarette free during working hours. Must have at least 3 years crew lead or management experience with the ability to oversee active work sites. Pressure washing or service based industry experience preferred.
