We expect our staff to:

· Put the children’s safety and well-being first.

· Develop and execute high level lesson plans that are creative and developmentally appropriate.

· Want to be a strong contributor to a fun and nurturing team.

· Interact with all children to support play, exploration, learning and their overall development.

· Establish and encourage high expectations for positive behavior.

· Form a partnership with all families and ensure high levels of communication with all families.

Teacher Qualifications:

· CDA/ Staff Credentials

· 45 DCF mandated hours

· 2 years experience in a licensed center

· CPR/First Aid certified

· Ability to lift 40 pounds

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
