Do you want to live and work at the beach? We are seeking a Lead Designer to join our team! Your primary role is to represent Pleasant Landscapes while creating art for our residential customers to enjoy for years to come.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous landscape experience in sales, production or customer service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Performance Metrics:
- Enhancement sales
- Client retention
- Account profitability

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
