Apply today to get your career moving with Enru!Summary: Enru Logistics and Postal Optimation is looking for a Lead IO Clerk. To perform various functions within the inbound and outbound freight. Inbound: Perform all the necessary functions to arrive and process inbound freight to our facility. Outbound: Perform all the necessary functions to arrive outbound drivers, print, reconcile, complete and dispatch out loads. Also be able to clearly communicate the necessary information to the dock platform so drivers can be assigned doors to be loaded in a timely manner. In this role you will also provide direction to I/O office personnel and provide problem resolution.
OD&D - Manage and resolve overage, shortage and damage issues; research causes of claims, analyze root causes and potential solutions; determine resolutions and document findings using the shared os&d report. Work with CSC groups to determine a resolution when issues cannot be resolved at the CF level.
Responsibilities:
- Provide work direction and instruction.
- Provide remedies for issues relating to workflow and processes.
- Remain current with training and procedures to instruct employees.
- Assist incompletion of office work where and when necessary.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
- Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, shipping, or related industry
- Experience operating machinery, hand tools, and the necessary safety requirements.
- Skill to read and understand instructions to fulfill each individual job.
- Works well under pressure and is capable of handling high-volume tasks.
- A team player who works well with others.
- Additional job requirements may be listed on the staffing requisition.
