HEE SW has agreed funds for a 6 month fixed term 0.4wteTrust Healthcare Science Lead roleto lead onHCS education, training and transformation. This developmental role will help to shape the ongoing development of HCS in the organisation alongside Deborah Lane, Associate Director AHPs & HCS and in partnership with the Dorset HCS faculty and ICS HCS lead.The Trust Healthcare Science Lead will have a local remit but will be expected to contribute regionally by networking with departments across the region to provide HEE with a better understanding of current and future workforce needs. The post holder will be a senior Healthcare Scientist with wide experience and knowledge of all healthcare science specialisms.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth or Poole Hospital
