Position Summary: Perform daily activities of the compounding ordering processing to ensure efficient and accurate processing, work with plating operations, and compound receiving. Responsible for government contractual financial issues that includes pricing compliance. Perform data entry in the Drug Information System (DIS), order repository supplies, perform supply receipts in Navision, and support other administrative functions to facilitate budget forecasting. Participate in team environment to facilitate an efficient work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Administrative tasks that include ordering facility supplies, interaction with vendors, receives invoices into data base, and maintains financial spreads sheets.
  • Maintains files and related paperwork to meet contract requirements.
  • Coordinates the fulfillment of daily shipping lists including pulling and possible weighing of compound samples from stock containers, completing lists on the local order processing system, labeling samples, and forwarding completed lists for shipment.
  • Works in the DIS to perform simple queries, basic updates, generation of shipping lists, and other compound order processing related tasks.
  • Packages and/or reviews outgoing shipments/documentation sent via local/national/international courier.
  • Perform screening checks on the denied party list website.
  • Performs physical receipt and handling of new inventory samples at temperatures ranging from ambient to -80°C.
  • Performs inventory procedures on material stored at the Repository. Processing includes data entry, labeling, and shelving samples. Performs physical inventories on existing samples as needed including comparison against the database, relabeling, and coordinate storage location changes.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and facility safety guidelines in task performance. Includes perform quality checks on procedures and provide input on potential SOP changes.
  • Participates in process improvement activities.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Basic Minimum Qualifications: The qualifications listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and/or ability. To perform this job successfully, an individual will complete essential duties.

  • Requires to effectively communicate verbally and in written form.
  • Requires experienced ability to prepare reports using Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Windows, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
  • General repository skills, quality assurance/control.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Maintain Role Model behavior consistent with company 4 I values.
  • Demonstration of strong logic and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be hard-working; able to function and complete tasks without continual oversight and strategic direction.,
  • Must have high level of integrity and reliability with regards to database and inventory management.

Education/ Experience:

  • Requires High School Diploma; and 2+ years of repository experience with data entry, shipping/receiving.
  • Laboratory experience preferred.

Certificates and/ or Licenses:

  • IATA Dangerous Goods Training
  • RCRA DOT Training

Work Schedule:

8AM to 5PM core hours with additional hours as required. May be required to work a non-traditional work week.
