This 480-bed healthcare organization offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This facility is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has received several awards for its patient safety excellence.
The Lead Clinical Social Worker LCSW will plan and coordinate clinical services in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. The Lead Clinical Social Worker LCSW will provide quality care including case management, education, and discharge planning. The Lead Clinical Social Worker LCSW will work collaboratively with all levels within the organization. The Lead Clinical Social Worker LCSW is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
Requirements include:
- Current Florida LCSW required
- Experience in Case Management and Behavioral Health
- Minimum Master’s degree
