Job description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing the construction of projects, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and providing guidance and direction to other carpenters on the team. Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.
• Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, and other woodwork.
• Perform carpentry work such as cutting, shaping, and assembling wood and other materials.
• Perform finish carpentry work such as sanding, staining, and painting.
• Use a variety of tools to complete carpentry projects.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Supervise the work of other carpenters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
