Job Overview:
The Lawn Service Technician is a key member of the lawn maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality lawn care services for our clients. This position requires a skilled and experienced professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and weed eating, using commercial-grade equipment and tools
• Follow established procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment
• Inspect properties and assess the condition of lawns, making recommendations for additional services or improvements as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements
• Maintain equipment in good working condition, including regular cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs as necessary
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times, using personal protective equipment as required
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, presenting a positive image of the company to clients and the public

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a lawn service technician or similar role
• Work independently
• Proficient in the operation of commercial-grade lawn maintenance equipment, including mowers, edgers, and weed eaters
• Physical ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time, including repetitive motions, standing, and walking on uneven surfaces
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required

Working Conditions: This position requires working outside in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.

Compensation: This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits, based on experience and qualifications.
