Ardworx Lawn and Landscape is a family-run business based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and we've been making lawns look dang good since 2012. In fact, we're so good at it that we're the number one Google-ranked lawn care company in town! Our founder, Josh, started out mowing lawns on the side, and now we've got six crews and over 15 full-time employees. We're pretty much your one-stop-shop for all things lawn care - mowing, fertilizing, bed maintenance, and even mosquito spraying. And if you're into the whole aeration thing, we do that too (both in the spring and fall, with a side of overseeding).

We're looking for experienced operators to join our residential mowing crew. If you've got some commercial mowing experience, that's great! But don't worry if you don't - we're happy to train the right person. As a crew member, you'll be running stand-on and walk-behind commercial mowers, as well as all sorts of handheld equipment. You'll be servicing around 250 residential customers all over Lincoln every week, and we're looking for two more team members to join our two residential crews. Pay starts at $16.00 an hour for experienced operators, but it's always based on your previous experience and work ethic.

So what do you need to bring to the table? A checking account for weekly direct payments, a great attitude and a willingness to learn, the ability to work eight or more hours a day in any weather, a smartphone for our timekeeping app, and reliable transportation to work. Bonus points if you have a love for snack bars - we've got a fully stocked one just for our employees, and it's totally free! And when it comes to getting paid, we've got you covered with weekly direct deposit and vacation pay. Plus, if you stick around for a while, you'll get a sign-on bonus and the chance to make extra cash during the winter with our snow removal services.

Now, we know what you're thinking - "But I hate bagging grass!" Don't worry, we don't bag grass either. And if you're tired at the end of the day and just want to go home, that's totally cool. We've even got a part-time mechanic who comes in at night to service the mowers so you don't have to. And if you hate driving or riding in broken-down trucks, you're in luck - we just bought all new trucks with AC and power windows. So basically, you'll never have to deal with any of that mess.
