Lake Lazer Eye Center, a patient-centered busy premium ophthalmology private practice with 3 locations in the metropolitan area (Clinton Twp, Southfield and Milford) is seeking an outstanding, motivated and energetic individual to join our team!

Our well established practice with a loyal patient base has served Michigan since 2001. We are equipped with state of the art diagnostic equipment, LASIK surgical suite, an optical dispensary, contact lens department and integrated EHR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties will be assigned as you learn the operations of our office

• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to travel to multiple locations Clinton Twp, Southfield and Milford
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to Multitask with self-motivation, drive and initiative
• Exceptional customer service and sales ability
• Must have confident and outgoing approach with advanced communication skills
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Office Mate and computer skills
• Must be extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Engaging, enthusiastic, personable and relatable; ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients.
• Schedules qualified patients for in-office LASIK consultation.
• Meets with patients in-office to assist them during their LASIK consultation
• Assists patients in decision-making process in person, on the phone and email.
• Develops relationships with patients ensuring outstanding personalized care
• Manages patient follow up process
• Schedules procedures and supporting appointments
• Reviews informed consents, and other administrative documents
• Discusses payment options and processes payments
• Assists on surgery day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
