Deka Lash is one of the fastest-growing brands in the beauty industry and we are hiring multiple Lash Artists at our locally owned studio in the Generation Park area. At Deka Lash, the studio has been designed from the ground up with employees and customers in mind. These positions require a current Texas esthetician, cosmetologist, or eyelash extension specialty license. Both full-time and part-time positions available.

***Salary Range is in combination with sales commissions, tips, and employer guarantee etc.

Responsibilities

• Learning and following all Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash application, service, and customer relations
• Applying eyelash extensions that wow customers and protect the health and safety of their natural lashes
• Conducting world-class consultations, by following our proven method and listening to clients wants and expectations
• Educating clients on all Deka Lash services and the best way to care for their extensions
• Building relationships with clients, selling products to ensure lash retention, and converting clients to members
• Checking clients in and out and engaging customers with world-class customer service
• Following all sanitation protocols and standards, ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
• Performing additional duties as required

Requirements

• Currently licensed in Texas as an Esthetician (Aesthetician) or Cosmetologist or Eyelash Extension Specialist
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance
• Ability to sell memberships and products
• Outgoing, positive personality and ability to work in a TEAM environment
• Previous experience preferred, but not required - We will train

SCHEDULE: Thur - Sat, & Every Other Sunday! Full Time & Part Time Positions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
